Per our Policy on Complaints Against Member Institutions, ACCJC is not responsible for settling disputes between an individual and an institution. We do not act as a court of appeals following the decisions made by an institution on matters such as:
Additionally, before filing a complaint with ACCJC, an individual must have fully completed the institution’s formal complaint/grievance process. ACCJC cannot consider complaints dating back more than 18 months.
Those wishing to file a complaint must read and understand the ACCJC Policy on Complaints Against Member Institutions before completing the form below.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Elizabeth Dutton, Accreditation Process Director, at edutton@accjc.org.
