Requirements for Commissioners – Application Acknowledgements

Bylaws*

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Policy on Conflict of Interest for Commissioners, Evaluation Team Members, Consultants, Administrative Staff, and Other Commission Representatives and if elected to the Commission may have to limit my role(s) with certain other organizations to avoid any conflicts of interest.
